      Options on Campus:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center.  Rooms are newly renovated ("cozy", but very nice, with cool showers).  Free wireless internet is available throughout the facility.  You must reserve these rooms by calling 1-800-875-5090.  Please be sure to mention the SBN conference so that you can receive our special rates ($94 per night for single or double; $104 for triple; $114 for quad).  A couple of executive suites are also available ($199).

Dorm rooms in Butterfield Hall, directly across the street from the Kellogg Center, are also available ($37.75 per night for single; $28 per person for double).  These may be reserved at http://myhousing.hfs.msu.edu/butterfield/sfbn.html .  You can prepay via this website or you can pay when you check in; Visa and Mastercard are accepted.  Parking passes may be purchased when you check in for approximately $10, which will be valid for the duration of the conference.  All rooms have window air conditioners and ethernet connections; linens are provided (we recommend bringing your own soap, however).  Rooms are all the same (whether used as a single or double).  They each contain a set of bunk beds that you may separate if you like.  Community bathrooms for men and women are available on each floor.  We have been warned that some construction will be going on near a distant building in this dorm complex, but it should not affect Butterfield Hall.

If you choose either on-campus option, you must indicate your selection on the registration form.  If you plan to stay at the Kellogg Center, you must also call them to reserve the room, no later than May 15th.  If you are staying in the dorm, it is recommended, but not necessary, that you pre-pay via the website.
