The pdf version opf forms are fill-in. When loaded into Acrobat
Reader in your browser click on the hand tool and click on each field in
the form. The bar indicates an insertion point for typing. Type in the
information on the form and use the print button on your browser to print
out the filled in form. The filled in form can be saved to
disk for your records.
To save the files, instead of loading them into your browser, right
click on the links below and select "save link as" (in Netscape, I have
no clue what it is in Internet Explorer) to save the file to disk.
