This is also the location of most of the meeting functions (sessions, posters, workshops, banquets, reception, etc. You will be able to attend the entire meeting only a short walk from your room. The SBN Meeting will largely take over the entire conference center. General sessions will be held in the large Grand Ballroom and poster sessions will be generously accommodated in several meeting rooms. There is a full-service restaurant located inside the Kingsgate. The breakfast and lunch buffets are excellent and all rooms have room service. In addition, the Kingsgate has a bar, which serves drinks, appetizers and snacks.

RATES: Rooms are available with a king-sized bed or with two full-sized beds. A block of rooms has been reserved at Kingsgate for the special rate of $99.00 (plus tax) for singles or doubles. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, so we advise you to make reservations as soon as possible.

MAKING RESERVATIONS: Please make your reservations by June 3, 2003. Reservations for Kingsgate may be made online at www.conferencecenters.com/cvgkg. RESIDENCE HALLS: This is the least expensive option. Residence Hall rooms at the University of Cincinnati are $25 per night for a single and $21 per night for a double. The rooms are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and are basic in their furnishing (no phones or TVs in individual rooms and community bathrooms are down the hall). All of the dorm rooms are within walking distance from Kingsgate, University Campus, and to the shops and restaurants of Clifton. To choose this option, complete the Housing Request Form (This is a pdf fill-in form), and the local organizing committee will make room assignments on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
